My academic and professional focus has long centered on organizational and interpersonal communication, as well as leadership and coaching. Along with founding and leading multiple travel-focused ventures, including a Disney-recognized agency, a custom itinerary app, and community, I've created spaces online and in person for professionals to discover ways to grow. I've listened to the challenges and wins travel agents and owner have experienced over the past 5 years in the Collaborative, while facilitating, teaching and gathering other expert voices.
